Alastair has worked in the healthcare and life sciences sector for the past 15 years
He was one of the founding members of Pharmanovia, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer for 8 years
Over this period, he led multiple acquisitions of established brands from large cap pharma as well as specialty pharma businesses in Benelux and the Nordics
Prior to this, he was a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance practice. He worked on transactions in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and care services – including the sale of Amdipharm to Cinven in 2012, and the merger of Amdipharm and Mercury Pharma to form AMCo (now Advanz Pharma) in 2013
Alastair is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a qualified Corporate Treasurer (AMCT). He graduated from Cambridge University<\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
